Sword Construction has been building in Texas from day one, from our headquarters in Kingwood on the northeast side of Houston. The Greater Houston metro is our home market and our deepest bench of local permitting and subcontractor knowledge, and we deliver commercial projects across the rest of the state through the same office.
Florida Commercial Construction
Florida is our second-largest concentration of work. Retail and restaurant development there runs at a pace matched by few states, and our national clients routinely include Florida sites in their rollouts, from the Panhandle to the Jacksonville corridor and down both coasts. The projects are delivered the same way as everywhere else: a Sword superintendent on site, self-performed finish trades, and local subcontractors we have vetted on prior work.
